Leah Bett Nursing Services is focused on mental health and disability support services. We have vast knowledge and experience in the field, having worked in the health sector for many years. Our clients are diverse, and our services are open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, gender, sexual preference, culture, ethnicity, or faith. We provide services at our SIL houses, respite house, and in the comfort of our participants’ homes. Our registered nurses and support workers are highly trained, compassionate, and caring professionals.
