This course will strengthen your capacity to build strategies for working with at-risk populations in the community while also teaching you how to work within legal and ethical frameworks.
This also represents the function of community service workers who provide individual and/or group-centered services. Individuals, groups, and community clients may receive assistance, interventions, and advocacy from them. You will gain skills that will enable you to form solid relationships, facilitate activities, handle cases, and respond appropriately to social needs and challenges. People who complete this course may be offered opportunities to manage or lead other workers in projects or teams at this level.
