We’re Montessori Care, and we provide in-home aged and disability support across Sydney. Simple as that — but the way we do it matters. We come into people’s homes, meet them where they’re at, and build care around their routines, not ours.
Truth is, no two households feel the same. Some days it’s personal care and nursing support. Other days it’s domestic help, garden maintenance, or just getting someone safely to an appointment. We also support NDIS participants with daily living, transport, allied health, early childhood intervention, and supported independent living. Honestly, we’ve seen it all.
One family once asked us to “just keep Mum company for an hour.” That hour turned into social support, respite, and a whole new rhythm for the week… it sort of unfolded from there.
We believe independence isn’t something you lose — it’s something you protect. Sometimes gently. Sometimes with a bit of trial and error. Not glamorous, but real.
We work with seniors, people with disabilities, and families who just want to know their loved one is okay today. And tomorrow.
