Fencing types installed include Colorbond in the full colour and height range, slat top and lattice extensions, aluminium slat, tubular and powder coated steel, timber, glass pool fencing, and privacy screens. FencrGatr also installs pedestrian, swing and sliding gates, gate automation systems, and retaining walls where site levels require correction before fencing can proceed.
Pool barriers are built to Australian Standard AS1926.1 and taken through council inspection to certification. Where a dividing fence requires agreement between neighbours, FencrGatr assists clients with the process under the Dividing Fences Act 1961 (WA).
All quotations follow a free onsite measure and are issued in writing with materials, heights, footing depth and rail configuration itemised. Prices are fixed. Removal and disposal of the existing fence is included, and licensed contractors are engaged where asbestos sheeting is present.
Because ground conditions differ substantially between Perth suburbs, footing depth, concrete specification and material grade are set to suit each individual site.
